Immuneprofile (CD19/CD3-/CD57+/CD56+/CD45+ Cells)

CD19/CD3-/CD57+/CD56+/CD45+ Cells

The absolute cell counts and percentages of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, helper/inducer T lymphocytes and suppressor/cytotoxic T lymphocytes can be used to characterise and study some forms of immunodeficiencies and autoimmune diseases.
CD3-CD57 helper/ inducer lymphocytes are a subpopulation of T lymphocytes (CD3). Determination of the percentage or absolute cell count of helper/inducer T lymphocytes can be useful in the investigation of chronic Lyme disease.

Immuneprofile (CD19/CD3-/CD57+/CD56+/CD45+ Cells)

The absolute cell counts and percentages of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, helper/inducer T lymphocytes and suppressor/cytotoxic T lymphocytes can be used to characterise and study some forms of immunodeficiencies and autoimmune diseases.
CD3-CD57 helper/ inducer lymphocytes are a subpopulation of T lymphocytes (CD3). Determination of the percentage or absolute cell count of helper/inducer T lymphocytes can be useful in the investigation of chronic Lyme disease.
Determination of the cellular immune status:
Using their antigen expression pattern (according to the international CD-i.e. Cluster Designation nomenclature), cells in cell suspension are characterized using a flow cytometer. As a result, % percentages and absolute numbers of cell populations and subpopulations are obtained. The cells in a suspension are labeled with fluorescence-labeled antibodies according to the desired CD specificity and measured on the flow cytometer. Suspended individual cells are passed through a light beam (laser). Depending on the cell type and sample preparation, the cells emit characteristic light signals that are detected using suitable detectors. During evaluation, the cells are characterized according to their size, granularity and color and their respective proportions are determined.
