Step 1
Draw blood samples
  • Perform venous blood sampling at a licensed blood collection facility.Blood tubes are not centrifuged or refrigerated unless otherwise specified.
  • Write the patient's last name and first name on each tube in Latin letters
  • Place the test tubes in a foam box, tighten the box with a rubber harness, and place the box in a bag with a flap
Step 2
Fill out and sign the Order Form
  • Fill out and sign Order Form
  • Put everything in a cardboard box and close it up
Step 3
(Not required for shipment from Russia)
Place the cardboard box in a plastic bag
  • Place the cardboard box in a plastic bag
  • Do not seal the outer packaging until the contents have been inspected by the delivery service
