  • Upon receipt of your request, we will ship the tube set to your home or business address at our expense.
    It takes 1-2 business days for the kits to be delivered.
  • To deliver the kit we will need information: full address with zip code, full name, phone number.
    The recipient must have an identity document with him/her.
  • After you receive the set of tubes, you can choose and pay for the tests, as well as shipping from Ukraine.

Prices for tests on our website are in Euros.
When paying by bank card or PayPal, automatic conversion is performed at the exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.
Payment by direct bank transfer can take from 1 to 5 working days
Payment by bank transfer is made in Euros only.

Sending to the laboratory

After paying for the shipment and tests, we contact you and send you the necessary supporting documents (invoice and shipping statement) for the shipment, which you need to print and fill out.
Also these documents can always be downloaded on our website in the Information section.

Let us know in advance the planned date of shipment, we will inform the delivery service about your visit.

Blood is donated in special tubes of ArminLabs. only on the day of shipment.

On the day of shipment, with biomaterial, completed accompanying documents, bill of lading and passport, it is necessary to apply to the office of the logistics company in your city, the address and phone number will be given to you by our manager.
The Bill of Lading number will need to be included on the Invoice form and in the application letter.

After processing, you will be left with a copy of the bill of lading, the number of which can be used to track the status of your shipment online.

Obtaining results:

  • The results of the tests will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering tests on our website.
  • Receipt of test results: 4 to 14 days after delivery of your biomaterial to the laboratory.
  • Test results in pdf format at English.
