Instructions-Memo for performing tests at ArminLabs from the European Union and surrounding countries

Upon receipt of your request, we send the tube set to your home or work address at our expense. Delivery of the kits takes 2-5 working days.
To deliver the kit we will need information in English: full postal address with zip code, full name, phone number. Standard kit includes 7 vacuum tubes with different preservatives and needles, designed for most ArminLabs tests
Once you receive your tube set, you can choose and pay for the assays and shipping from EC.

Payment for tests and shipping is only made through our website.

Prices for tests on our website are in Euros.

When paying by bank card or PayPal, automatic conversion is performed at the exchange rate of your bank on the day of payment.

Payment by direct bank transfer can take 1-2 business days.

Payment by bank transfer is made in Euros only.

Blood collection and shipment to the laboratory, upon payment by bank transferThe payment is made only after the money transfer has been received on our account.

Sending to the laboratory

After payment for the shipment and tests, we contact you, arrange the day of blood collection and send you the necessary transportation documents (DHL return air waybill, confirmation of safe transportation, etc.), which you need to print and fill out.

Blood draws and shipment date should be scheduled early in the week (Monday, Tuesday).

Blood is drawn only in special ArminLabs tubes and only on the day of shipment.

On the day of shipment, you should wait for the DHL courier to hand over the shipment with the packaged biospecimens and completed supporting documents. If arranged, biosamples can also be shipped to your local DHL office.

After processing, you will be left with a copy of the bill of lading, the number of which can be used to track the status of your shipment online.

Dispatch from the Republic of Moldova:

- Obtaining a blood collection kit and paying for the tests is the same as in the EU.
- Delivery of biosamples is paid directly to the local DHL office and for 2024 is approximately 2900 lei.

Obtaining results

The results of the tests will be sent to the e-mail address you specified when ordering tests on our website.
Receipt of test results: 4 to 14 days after delivery of your biomaterial to the laboratory.
Test results in pdf format at English.
